Stock Samples: If you are interested in our existing styles, a sample fee and shipping cost are usually required. This fee will be refunded or deducted from the invoice once a bulk order is confirmed.

Custom Samples: For the first sample made according to your design, a development/sample fee is required. This fee is typically refundable or can be applied toward the bulk order cost upon order confirmation.

For custom samples where the color or functional components are tailored to your requirements, followed by logo printing, it typically takes 7-10 working days, depending on the complexity of the product.
