Screen Printing

 
You can specify a Pantone color number for screen printing your logo onto the plastic product.
 
Screen printing location: We typically recommend the standard location for logo screen printing; however, if you prefer it printed on a specific area, we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Screen printing colors: We generally provide single-color screen printing services. We can also do two-color screen printing, but the cost will be double; we typically do not offer screen printing with more than two colors.

Mold Marking

We can engrave your logo onto the mold, creating a raised design and an indented logo on the product. This enhances your brand's quality. Please note that an additional mold fee applies, and the process typically takes 20-30 business days. The logo is directly engraved onto the injection mold, and the product is formed in one piece during molding.

Engraved:
  • Mold implementation: Mold is raised, product is indented
  • Product effect: LOGO is recessed, can be filled with different colored inks
  • Recommended depth: 0.2-0.5mm (cleanable)
  • Draft angle: At least 3°, to ensure easy demolding
Embossed/Raised:
  • Mold implementation: Mold is recessed, product is raised
  • Product effect: LOGO is three-dimensional and raised, with a noticeable tactile feel
  • Recommended height: 0.3-0.8mm (durable and wear-resistant)
  • Edge treatment: Rounded edges to prevent stress concentration

Custom Pet Brush Packaging

Our hairbrushes offer a variety of retail packaging options, including hanging cards, blister cards, and color boxes, with complimentary packaging design services. All products undergo rigorous industrial packaging processes: the inner layer uses scratch-resistant OPP bags or shock-absorbing PE foam, the inner box is made of B-flute three-layer corrugated cardboard, and the outer carton is made of sturdy BC-flute five-layer corrugated cardboard, with products scientifically arranged to ensure safe transport. We can handle carton markings or FBA labels as required.

  • Q What are OEM and ODM? Which type of service do you mainly provide?

    A • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide the design drawings or samples, and we will produce the goods strictly according to your specifications.
    • ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We have our own R&D and design team. You can choose from our existing models, or customize the colors, logo, and details based on our standard designs to create an exclusive product.
    • We offer both models to flexibly meet your specific needs.

  • Q What types of products do you specialize in manufacturing?

    A We specialize in the research, development, and manufacturing of plastic pet products, including pet grooming tools, pet nail clippers, and retractable leashes.   • Q Can you manufacture products designed entirely according to my ideas? What if I don't have drawings?

    A Absolutely. If you have detailed 3D drawings or technical specifications, we can directly evaluate and proceed with production. If you only have an idea or a rough sketch, our engineering team can provide design assistance to help transform your concept into a mass-producible product (ODM service).

  • Q Can the logo on the product be customized? What techniques do you support?
