Product Packaging

Our typical packaging methods for hair brushes include: tie-on card, blister pack with insert card, and color box.
Different packaging methods correspond to other prices. We can provide basic packaging die-cut templates for your design reference and offer complimentary packaging design services.

Packing information

We will determine the carton dimensions, quantity, and placement method based on the product packaging.
Products with tethered cards are placed in OPP bags, while blister-packed items with insert cards are separated by PE foam to prevent damage. During packing, the products are arranged upside down—one facing forward and the other backward—to keep each layer flat and aligned with the inner carton walls, minimizing movement.
The inner carton, made of three-layer B-flute corrugated board (approximately 2.8 mm thick), is then placed inside the outer carton, which is constructed from five-layer BC-flute corrugated board (approximately 6.7 mm thick) for enhanced durability during transport.
Finally, provide the carton markings or FBA label information. We can print or affix labels directly on the cartons.

Tie Card

Structure: PVC/PP blister shell + paper backing card
Standard thickness: 0.3mm PVC, 0.5mm PP (more environmentally friendly)

Blister type: Single blister, double blister, multi-blister combination

Backing card material: 250-350g coated paper, matte/glossy finish

Suitable for: Single brushes, brush sets

Blister Card Insert

Structure: Printed backing card + clear plastic blister; hang hole for peg display.

Materials: 250–350 gsm coated paperboard, duplex-laminated; PVC, PET (more environmentally friendly).

Suitable for: Small-to-medium lightweight items such as grooming tools.

Advantages: Full visibility, strong branding, tamper-evident, lightweight, cost-effective shipping, customizable, and eco-friendly options available.
PVC-box

Pet Brush Packaging PVC box

Structure: Rigid clear PVC snap-closure box; optional foam/EVA/paperboard insert for product positioning and secure placement.
Materials: Rigid PVC sheet (0.30–0.80mm thick), clear/high transparency; optional inserts in foam/EVA or paperboard.
Suitable for: Premium pet products: grooming kits, smart combs, pet dryers, gift sets, and high-end accessories.

Half Wrap

Pet Brush Packaging, Leash, and Tag

Structure: Half-wrap paper card, covering the main body while leaving key areas exposed for hands-on trial; optional nylon cable ties (PA6/PA66) for secure fixing.
Materials: 250g–300g white cardstock, printable and laminate-friendly; nylon cable ties available.
Suitable for: Mid- to high-end pet products that prioritize grip and handling, e.g., retractable leashes and functional grooming brushes.
Advantages: Balances visibility with tactile experience – consumers can feel materials and test functions directly; lightweight for hanging or counter display; reduces material use, is cost-effective, and is eco-friendly; open design enables instant product appreciation and faster buying decisions.
Hang Tag

Structure: Single or multi-fold hang tag with a top hanging hole for string or hook; optional add-ons like sub-tags, stickers, or die-cut holes.
Materials: 250g–400g white cardboard, greyboard, or specialty paper, with options for lamination, hot stamping, or UV coating; hanging strings available in cotton, nylon, or metal chain.
Suitable for: Pet products that can be perforated, such as textile-based pet accessories.

Materials: 250g–450g white card, greyboard, or corrugated board; printable with lamination, hot stamping, or UV coating; optional inserts or dividers for product positioning.

Color Box 2- Airplane Box

Structure: One-piece foldable box, shaped like an airplane when flat; top and bottom lock via interlocking tabs – no tape or glue required; flat design with sturdy corners.
Materials: 250g–450g white card, greyboard, or corrugated board; printable with lamination, hot stamping, or UV coating.
Suitable for: Mid- to high-end products, including electronics, pet supplies, and gifts.
Advantages: One-piece die-cut design offers strong compression resistance for shipping protection; tape-free assembly ensures easy opening and enhances unboxing experience; flat surfaces provide ample space for brand printing; flat-packed for space-saving storage and transport; customizable in size and internal layout.
Color Box 3- Mailer Box + Insert

Structure: Mailer box (Airplane Box or Lock Bottom Box) with custom insert molded/cut to fit product contours; compartments for organized placement of multiple components.
Materials: Box: 250g–450g white card/ greyboard/ corrugated board. Insert: EPE foam or blister (PVC/PET), soft, shock-absorbent, contour-fit.
Suitable for: Multi-component or premium products, e.g., pet grooming kits, electronics sets, luxury gift bundles.
Advantages: Precision-fit insert secures each component, preventing movement and damage during transit; EPE/blister provides excellent cushioning; premium insert elevates unboxing experience and brand perception; organized compartments deliver neat, visually appealing presentation; printable box body reinforces brand messaging – ideal for gifting and retail display.
